I’m just that short, happy girl that enjoys helping you engage with your customers, connect with your audience, and keep your content calendars jam-packed with great graphics and killer content.
Aside from my online wizardry, I am a mom, wife, and Harry Potter fangirl. I enjoy traveling, vegan food, wine, a hot cup of tea, and building my online business.
I could happily talk business strategy and implementation for hours, and be in my glory. I have spent the last 5 years taking course after course to develop my online business management skills, to combine with my personal experience of running my own small business. My training includes blogging courses, email marketing, SEO optimization, customer service platforms, social media platforms, as well as virtual assistance courses. I also have an Office Administration Certificate from Bow Valley College and an ECE Assistant Certificate from Northern Lights College. I love to learn and constantly take new courses online, read books, or watch webinars to stay on the cutting edge of current trends.
